Refund Policy
Saara Management System Private Limited provides ISO certification and related consulting services, which are non-tangible in nature. These services are delivered in stages and culminate in the issuance of an ISO certificate, subject to successful compliance.
In the event that a client organization is not awarded certification, the client may approach Saara Management System Private Limited to understand the reasons. However, any fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. Certification is not guaranteed, especially in cases where non-conformities (NCs) are not resolved or compliance requirements are not fulfilled.
Payments are collected in stages, including:
- Application stage
- Stage 1 audit
- Stage 2 audit
- Closure of non-conformities
A formal agreement is executed with each client, clearly outlining all applicable terms and conditions. Clients are advised to review and understand these terms before engaging our services.
Saara Management System Private Limited does not provide refunds once services have been rendered in accordance with agreed requirements. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to deliver services with the highest level of professionalism and competence. However, clients are responsible for ensuring they fully understand the service scope and terms before purchase—whether through our website, telephone, or email communication.
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered if:
- The client is not satisfied, and
- No resolution has been provided by the company
To request a refund under such circumstances, clients must submit a written request via email to our Customer Support team, clearly stating the reason and confirming that no satisfactory resolution was provided.
Pricing and Billing Policies
Saara Management System Private Limited charges fees based on mutually agreed terms between the company and the client, including discussions held via recorded telephonic communication. These charges become effective from the date of application for certification services.
Invoices for certification services are issued in advance for the agreed service period. All payments are non-refundable for the duration of the agreed period unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or the signed agreement.
Payments may be made through:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer (online channels)
- Cheque
The selected payment mode is confirmed at the time of agreement signing unless otherwise specified.
All service charges are inclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by relevant authorities. Clients are responsible for any additional taxes or statutory charges applicable in their jurisdiction.
For payments made via credit card:
- A valid credit card is required
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any payment
